Because we design and build, the plan is drawn by people who know what it costs and how it goes in the ground. What you approve is what we build.
What the design covers
- A layout of the whole yard: patios, walkways, lawn, beds and focal points
- Grading and drainage, so water moves away from the house
- Plants chosen for Boise’s climate, sun exposure and how much upkeep you want
- Irrigation zones for lawn and drip for beds
- Hardscape: pavers, natural stone, retaining walls and steps
- Features: fire pits, outdoor kitchens, water features and low-voltage lighting
How it works
- Consultation: we walk the yard with you and talk about how you want to use it
- Design: a drawn plan, revised with you until it’s right
- Quote: a line-item price for the design you approved
- Build: our own crews install it, and we walk you through care when it’s done

Hot, dry summers and cold winters narrow what grows well here. We favor plants that handle both, put water where it is needed, and plan for the freeze and thaw that moves poorly built hardscape.
